1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions create a binding agreement between you and Dracula Casino. By opening an account, claiming a bonus, or staking any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to them. If any part is unacceptable to you, please refrain from using the service.

2. Eligibility

3. Your Account

4. Verification (KYC)

In line with anti-money-laundering rules, we may require you to confirm your identity, age, address, and payment methods before a withdrawal is processed. 5. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Deposits appear instantly once your payment provider authorises them.
• Withdrawals are sent to a verified method registered in your own name.
• Minimum and maximum limits apply and are displayed in the cashier.
• We add no fees of our own, although your payment provider might.
• Where the law requires, we may ask you to evidence the source of your funds.

6. Bonuses & Wagering

Bonuses are entirely optional and come with their own wagering requirements, game weightings, maximum-bet caps, and expiry dates, all set out in each promotion. Misusing offers — through collusion or irregular betting patterns, for example — can result in the loss of the bonus and any winnings tied to it.

7. Fair Play & Conduct

Every game runs on certified random number generators. Bots, exploits, collusion, and any effort to rig results are strictly forbidden. Where we detect such behaviour, we may void the related wagers and close the account.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is supplied on an "as is" basis. So far as the law permits, Dracula Casino accepts no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses linked to using, or being unable to use, the platform. You play at your own risk and only with money you can comfortably afford to lose.

9. Account Closure

You can close your account whenever you wish by contacting support. We reserve the right to suspend or end accounts that breach these terms, the law, or our responsible-gaming policy. Any verified balance not under investigation will be paid back to you.

10. Changes & Governing Law

These terms may be revised occasionally, and the current version posted on this page always prevails. They are governed by the laws of Canada and of the province where you reside. By continuing to use the service after an update is published, you accept the revised terms.
